Booking
fee of 1/3 of published price. The balance to be paid 30 days
before arrival.
- In the event of a cancellation, deposits are non-returnable. Holiday
insurance is recommended.

The
accommodation must be left clean and tidy, and occupants are
responsible for this. Any breakages or damage is to be reported
to the proprietors.

The
accommodation is designed and equipped for family-type holidays
and is not suitable for youth groups, student parties etc. Persons
other than those listed on the booking form are not allowed
to sleep in the accommodation, nor is sub-letting permitted.

Accommodation
is available to visitors from 4.00pm on the day of commencement
of the holiday and should be vacated by 10.00 am on the date of
departure.

It
is regretted that no pets are allowed.

Cards
can be parked in the areas indicated.

Non-smoking.

The
owners can accept no liability for injury sustained by any visitor
to the property; nor for the loss of or damage to any vehicle
or effects brought onto the property by visitors.

The
refund of the appropriate portion of any charge paid in advance
will be sufficient discharge of all obligations to any person
required to leave because of a breach of rules.

The
proprietors also reserve the right to cancel any booking if it
subsequently transpires that the above mentioned conditions
have not been observed.
